We at Schnell Recruitment AB have been entrusted with the prestigious assignment to help one of the country's most quality-conscious flooring contractors expand their team. We are now looking for skilled and dedicated floor layers who want to become part of our client's growing team.

About the role

As a floor layer, you will work with the professional installation of flooring solutions in both new construction and renovation projects. Our assignments cover private customers as well as businesses and public environments. The work is carried out independently or in a team, depending on the scope of the project.

Responsibilities

• Assembly and installation of various types of flooring (wood, parquet, vinyl, plastic, etc.)
• Preparatory work such as subfloor preparation, filling, and measuring
• Ensuring high quality and precision in the work performed
• Customer contact and collaboration with project managers and colleagues
• Adhering to current safety regulations and industry standards

Qualifications

• Vocational certificate - Floor Layer (Mattläggare)
• Good understanding of drawings and work descriptions
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Swedish language skills (both spoken and written)
